Piaam

Piaam is my take on a wooden, rural, American, cross gabled (farm) house. It is a big house, 30 by 30 meters. Downstairs is open plan but 4 "niches" for like a kitchen, livingroom, diningroom, study, kids playarea or anything else you can think off, Upstairs there are four bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with high ceilings. Check out the pictures to get a feel for the house or come and check it out in my inworld shop.

This is a different take on Foxham. It's a bigger house, broader with different levels and big open spaces. For lovers of open plan houses.

Junne

Junne

Junne is a slightly different take on my previously released Corle. It's a New York style loft skybox, which can of course also be placed on the ground or even stacked. It's a big room divided by different level floors. I used reclaimed gym wall bars as dividers. Of course as a NY loft there is a lot of brick, painted and exposed, glass and wood giving it an amazing look and feel. It has a secret sliding door in the floor which gives you access to the cellar slash dungeon.

Marrum

This beach cottage is more traditional and comes with a partially shaded and fenced in porch. Inside you have one room and a loft you can reach with the ladders. It's perfect as a bit of extra space on the beach, giving you some privacy.

Lathum

This is my take on a contemporary beach cottage. Loads of wood and some glass. It has a nice porch that is partially shaded by the extending roof. Inside is just one room and a little loft that you can reach via a ladder. It's a perfect little house for on the beach!

Itens is a medieval slavers house with kennel and private quarters. It's made out of bricks, plastered walls, wood and wooden rooftiles and has a Tudor feel to it. Downstairs is room for an office and the kennels and upstairs are two more separate rooms. This building has two separate entrances.

Haelen is a medieval infirmary with room for private quarters. It's made out of plastered walls, wood and wooden rooftiles and has a Tudor feel to it. The downstairs hall is big enough to double as a waitingroom, there are two more rooms on that same floor. Upstairs there are two more separate rooms and a large hall that can be used as an office.

Graft is a medieval merchant home and shop. It's made out of plastered bricks, wood and ceramic rooftiles. Downstairs is a big area for the shop with a stairs leading to the top floor. The top floor has one big room and a covered terrace to enjoy sunsets or the ongoings in your town, city or village.

Foxham

Foxham

Foxham ... this is a modern Japanese home, the traditional ricepaper is replaced by glass. It's a long,elongated home with a vide for the bedroom and bathroom. Downstairs there is space for a kitchen, diningroom and livingroom area. But that's how I see it! That doesn't mean you have to see it the same way. The roof is assymetrical and all the windows run the length of the house and there is even a window included in the roof giving you the chance to gaze at the stars at night.

Espel

Espel is a home based on a Moroccan riad. All 8 rooms are build around an atrium and with that much space there is plenty of space for you and your family. The floors and walls are beautifully tiled and the doors are exquisite. The house has a big main gate and looks rather plain from the outside but inside you see it's spendour. The striking blue walls were inspired by the blue used in the Majorelle garden in Marrakech and most of the tiles found in the house are taken from personal photographs

Doniaga

Doniaga

Doniaga is a one level home in a middle-eastern, moroccan, style. It has only a few windows to keep out the hot, burning sun so you're house will stay cool. Inside you have lots of space and outside you have a semi-fenced patio to sit on cool nights.

Corle is a New York style loft skybox, which doesn't mean it can't be placed on the ground or maybe even stacked. It basically is one big room but divided by different level floors and modern room dividers. is a modern beachhouse. Because it's on poles it can be on land or water or a mix, making it a versatile building. It's made mainly out of glass and wood with breezy curtains. Perfect for a secluded little beach but don't let my imagination stop you using it any way you want!

Azerlo ...

Azerlo ...

is a tiki style gazebo on poles so it can be placed either on land or in the water. The gazebo is made out of wood with curtains that move in a soft breeze. It's a quaint, little gazebo which can be used for relaxing and chilling but also for a wedding ceremony. Included are 3 seats with several sits, they can be deleted or copied.

Zircona ...

Zircona ...

is a distinct, inviting home that's made to be partially emersed in water. The entrance, a sliding door, is on the top floor and it's surrounded on 2 sides by a big deck. The bottom floor can be reached via stairs. The materials used for this building is white, rivetted metal, wood and glass. The view downstairs if you place it underwater is amazing. This house can also be used on the ground or as a skybox.

is a stunning contemporary home made out of a lot of glass and wood. Basically it's a glass cylinder held up by wooden posts and framework. The spiral staircase has a central place and is also made out of glass and wood. The house has 2 indoor floors, stands on poles and has a big roof terrace.

Xanthone ...

Xanthone ...

is a Dutch windmill modeled after one of the traditional mills you can find many of in the Netherlands. This mill has been converted to a home. The floors are traditional wooden floors and stucco'd walls. The mill has 3 floors and a veranda completely surrounding the 2nd floor.

Woad ...

is a modern Japanese house built with traditional materials: highly polished, dark wooden floors and roofs; rice paper walls and ofcourse shoji (sliding doors). The diamond-shaped rooms and the angles make it look magnificent and out of the ordinary. The house has 2 floors with a sitting area on the 2nd floor.

Viridian ...

Viridian ...

is a home based on houses you can find on Cuba. It's a two story home with two little balconies on the top floor. The outside walls on the groundfloor are covered with what's known as encaustic cement tiles which gives it a stunning look, especially combined with the blue on the elegant windowboxes.

Urushiol ...

Urushiol ...

is a Morroccan based home, designed with a middle eastern theme in mind. It's a two story home with space to sit on the roof and a built-in pond downstairs. The walls and roof are made of stuccu and the floors are covered with gorgeous tiles. The windowd and frontdoor are beatifully shaped and textured. The roof is also adorned with battlements.

is a mesh boathouse based on the amazing looking Kerala houseboats you find in India. It's not a particularly big home but a cosy, little home. The boat and the straw top are beautifully curved. The boat is made out of wood and straw and instead of doors there are curtains that sway in the wind which you can set to a little breeze or a storm to match your mood.

Sandarac ...

Sandarac ...

is a low-rise beach house consisting of singular rooms. This modular set up makes it great to play with the layout of the house. You can add more rooms, or remove them, and put them anywhere you want, the options are limitless. The rooms and decks are made out of wood, fabric and straw. The curtains are scripted and animated which makes them look like they are moving softly in the breeze. The pool that comes with it has a built in seat which comes with 2 poses so 2 people can lay there and relax

consists of two huge buildings. Rosin I has 2 floors and Rosin II has 3 floors. Both have the same Roman feel to them. They are great for adding to roleplay sims as they are low prim. They are made out of big bricks and carved wooden doors. They both come with amazing stone stairs. In both structures you will find an added wall with door at the bottom of the stairs, these can easily be removed. The buildings can be used as a library or meeting building, the top floors can be used for housing.

consists of two houses. Quercitron I has 1 floor and Quercitron II has 2 floors. Both have the same Roman feel to them. They are great for adding to roleplay sims as they are low prim and still usable. They are made out of big bricks, carved wooden doors and mosaic floors.

Puccoon ...

is a stunning but rustic lighthouse. It's made out of ancient brick and rock with some wood. It has a little porch leading up to the doors. The groundfloor is big and spacious and upstairs is another 2 rooms under the sloped roof. Ofcourse there is the lighthouse tower which is attached to the house which as another 2 rooms and 2 walkways. They can be reached with a teleport system.

Orlando ...

Orlando ...

is a type of home you will find in Cartagena, Colombia. The exterior wall is a vibrantly blue stuccoed wall. Inside you will find tiling and more stucco. This building has magnificent windows and balconies. When you enter you will see the grand staircase leading up to the 1st floor. On the groundfloor you have a total of three rooms (open-plan) and on the 1st floor you will find 2 more rooms.

is a simple Gorean home on wheels for Kataii, Tuchuk, Kassar and Paravaci. The wagon has 4 wheels and is protected on 3 sides by a fence. You can get into the round tent via the stairs. The tent and the pattern on the tent have a Mongolian style. This type of tent is also known as a yurt or ger.

is a large Gorean structure on wheels for Kataii, Tuchuk, Kassar and Paravaci. The wagon has 8 wheels and has fences around it. You can enter the round tent via the stairs. The tent and the pattern on the tent have a Mongolian style. This type of tent is also known as a yurt or ger. This wagon comes with 2 floors and can be used as a tavern but also as a leaders home or other purposes.

is a elegant barn house. The used materials are: bricks, stucco and tiles. The entrance is a little tower with a mosaic floor and it leads into one big open space. This space is big enough for 3 large rooms. The windows are stone with shutters on the outside (a texture), giving the house a unique look and feel.

Mastic ...

is a Tiki beach house on poles. The materials used are wood, straw and fabric. Out of the box it comes as 4 rooms attached by bridges, which makes it suitable to build over land, but also over water. It is very easy though, since it's copy, modify and modular, to make more rooms, or less, and set them up anyway you want.

is a house with an Indian theme, Kerala to be more precise. It's been made with a deep, dark wood, woven floors, grating and rooftiles. The groundfloor has one big room and a pillared, big porch with a roof all around the house. The inside walls are bright and light. The top floor is also one room but has grating instead of windows.

is a modern, split level home built around a pool on the top floor. You can see the pool from each room with the beautifully animated water. The materials used are glass, wood and a little mosaic tiling. The wood used for the interior has a very luscious feel to it. There are 3 separate rooms which will lead up to the top floor with the pool which can also be used as a terrace.

Jaune ...

Jaune ...

is a Moroccan / Arabic themed home built around a patio with an unusual fence. It's made with stucco, mosaic and amazingly vibrant tiles. It has 4 separate rooms which all lead to the patio, 2 of the rooms also open to the front. All rooms have beautifully curved doors and windows. The top room can be reached by stairs. The bathroom comes with a built-in bath and shower to match the room, but that can be easily taken away.

is a large Dutch mansion house and it's based on the house I grew up in. It's made mainly out of bricks and wood (windows, doors, panelling) with a typical Dutch design including Delfts Blauw tiling. It has 3 floors. The groundfloor has a long hall running from the front to the back and on each side are 2 rooms. The doors from the hall are normal swinging doors. The doors between the rooms are sliding doors. The first floor can be reached via stairs and this floor has 2 large rooms connected by

Hardits ...

Hardits ...

is a fusion between a Tiki pole house and an Asian building. The materials used are rice paper, wood and woven straw. It is one massive room built around an opening, which makes it a great house to build over water for amazing views. Open-plan is probably an understatement for this house. At the front is a terrace just hovering over the water (or land if you so chose) and the whole structure is surrounded by a porch. There is shoji doors both at the front and the back of the house.

is a gorgeous Asian themed home with influences from both Japan and China. The materials used are wood and Chinese rice paper. A covered terrace leads to the entrance of the house and the house itself has 2 floors. There is another terrace on the 1st floor. The spaces on both floors are big enough to contain 2 rooms, for example living- and dining room and bed- and bathroom.

Flavone ...

is a distinct, modern skybox. It's a cubist design where one cube intrudes and extrudes the other. One cube is glass and the other is stucco. The house has two floors and the top floor is made out of glass. The use of glass in this building makes it very much an open-plan house. The top floor is built like vide which can be reached with a set of stairs. The interior walls have large windows and covered with a lovely, Indian pattern.

Elemi ...

Elemi ...

is a large, shuttered and airy beach house. It consists of several buildings and some of the materials used are: stucco, wood, straw, tiles and bamboo. The main house has many shutters that you can open and close, making it as open or closed as you like it. That part of this house has 2 floors and a terrace. The building is surrounded by a porch on all sides and on both floors. In front of the main house is a large pool with walkways to get to the other side where the pool house and gazebo are.

is a beautiful, Asian themed home with influences from both Japan and China. The materials used are brick, wood and oriental rice paper. The rooms are built around a patio which makes it very suitable for use as a skybox as well as for on the ground. There are stairs and shoji doors (sliding doors) to enter the house and the patio. The building itself has 2 main areas, each the size of 2 good-sized rooms. The patio can be used as a garden or another sitting area.

is a charming open-plan Tiki house on poles. It's a six sided home made from wood, bamboo and straw. It's one big space divided by a wall in the middle, making it a two room building. All sides of the house are open, but all sides can be individually closed with built in blinds by pressing them from the inside. This structure is perfect for on the beach but can also be placed over water. There is a walkway included to enter the house.

is a spacious and luxurious Asian themed villa with influence from Japan and China. It is made out of wood, brick and of course the typical rice paper from the East. It consists of 2 floors and has an added little terrace on the 3rd floor. The ground floor has a covered porch at the front and 2 rooms, one of those is a poolroom with steam. The first floor can be reached by the outside stairs and has 4 rooms in total and 2 terraces, all accessible by shoji doors (sliding doors). From those terrac
